Valley Springs Holiday Cottages, Devon - Fingerling Barn - Sleeps 6 to 7 plus cot

Now available all year, is our beautifully situated Fingerling Barn.  A lovely property and a great place for a family holiday, or for those who like their creature comforts and enjoy spacious surroundings. An ideal base for an English holiday – should the weather be inclement, Fingerling Barn is a comfortable place of retreat and relaxation, with ample room for all the family to pursue their interests. South facing, swathed in wisteria, overlooking the garden, dove cote and pond (now with a fully enclosed terrace for the safety of young children and pets), Fingerling Barn offers luxurious accommodation in this beautiful, unspoilt part of Devon’s premier countryside, between Dartmouth and Salcombe.

Sleeping 6/7+ cot, in three bedrooms, three bathrooms, cloakroom, kitchen, dining room and sitting room.  It can also let for two/three people, or two adults and two young children (aged 0-5 years) by closing off one of the bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect for an anniversary celebration or other special occasion.

GROUND FLOOR fully equipped kitchen, with integrated dishwasher, fan assisted oven and integrated microwave, electric hob,  together with fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and breakfast bar (for two), door to terrace and pergola, separate dining room, extremely spacious sitting room, with TV, video and radio/CD player, cloakroom with toilet and hand basin, entrance hall and door to terrace. 

FIRST FLOOR landing from main entrance hall and large bathroom with dressing area: twin wash basins, toilet, bidet, double jacuzzi bath stand exceptionally spacious master bedroom, with crisp white linen and TV, interconnecting door to shower room, hand basin and toilet, further interconnecting door to other first floor bedrooms, second landing, accessed off small hallway beyond sitting room, two further bedrooms, one larger, with twin beds, one smaller with bunk beds and the interconnecting doors to shower room and master bedroom, bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bidet, bath with power shower over. All rooms overlook the garden, now has a fully enclosed and gated terrace, with furniture and BBQ, perfect for that al fresco breakfast, lunch or supper.

The property is double glazed, has full central heating and is always warm and inviting. Fully self contained, it shares only the garden and grounds with guests in our other four cottages. 

Well behaved dogs  welcome, by prior arrangement - Cot and highchair available on request.
