Logs – supplied free of charge; guests provide own kindling wood.
Fishing – available all year and included in cottage rental, no other charges except for any equipment hired, tuition fees or payment for trout retained.
Dogs - Well behaved dogs are welcome, by arrangement, at £25.00 per dog per week (regrettably puppies under 9 months and certain breeds are not excepted). Please check prior to booking; Pets must not be left alone in either the cottage or the grounds.
Booking deposit – a deposit of 30% of the total rental tariff is payable for each property booked.
